Fleet Base Admin Building in Moscow

This project included a full scope of urban planning and architectural concept development workflow. Particular attention was given to the relationship between built volumes, open space, and circulation patterns, ensuring that the proposed development integrates naturally within its context. These solutions defined the spatial structure of the development and establish its architectural parameters.

Volumetric analysis was conducted to explore different massing configurations and their impact on the surrounding urban landscape. These studies helped determine optimal building proportions, orientation, and spatial relationships. This structured approach ensured clarity throughout the planning, approval, and design development stages.

A comprehensive set of architectural drawings and approval documentation was prepared to support coordination with planning authorities. These materials communicate the design intent clearly while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
