Design Intent

At the core of this design was the challenge of creating a home that feels equally rooted in its urban setting and open to natural light and landscape views. The layout proposes a fluid sequence of spaces that supports both communal living and private retreat areas. Strategic zoning organizes circulation and programmatic areas, while materiality and fixtures were chosen to enhance sensory experience and durability.

The villa is composed with a clear hierarchy of spaces that allow for seamless transition between interior and exterior. Large openings frame views toward the garden, inviting daylight deep into living areas while maintaining thermal comfort.

A refined material palette emphasizes tactile warmth and visual clarity, balancing stone, wood, and metal elements to resonate with both contemporary sensibilities and Moscow’s architectural heritage. This combination enabled both precision in planning and high-fidelity visualization.

3D Models & Technical Sketches

The interior design was developed through a complete set of architectural and technical drawings that ensured clarity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project. These included detailed layout plans defining spatial organization and furniture placement, a coordinated heated floor plan aligned with functional zones and finish materials, as well as ceiling and lighting plans integrating fixtures and technical elements.

Together, this documentation formed a coherent technical framework that translated design intent into a precise and build-ready solution.
