The project focuses on clarity of structure and the relationship between architectural elements. Volumes were arranged to create a balanced composition, with attention given to proportions, openings, and alignment.The architectural language remains restrained, allowing spatial organization and natural light to define the character of the house.

The completed villa demonstrates a clear and disciplined approach to residential architecture. Through careful planning and spatial organization, the project achieves a functional and well-balanced living environment that reflects a considered architectural vision.

Key principles include logical organization of interior and exterior spaces, clear separation between public and private zones, and controlled use of volumes to define spatial relationships.

A set of architectural drawings and technical documentation was developed to ensure accurate realization of the project.
